Get to know Our Troops

Golden G.O.A.Ts of Christ was started in Oklahoma with a mission to give veterans, especially disabled veterans, a renewed sense of purpose through Christ. We saw the need to connect veterans with opportunities to mentor young athletes, helping them grow in sports and academics. Rooted in our Oklahoma community, we are committed to providing veterans with meaningful roles while ensuring children have the chance to participate in athletics, regardless of their circumstances. Through faith, service, and coaching, Golden G.O.A.Ts of Christ uplifts both veterans and youth, fostering purpose and leadership.

Disabled Veteran

I am a proud Marine Corps veteran, born and raised in Oklahoma. Married with two wonderful kids, I dedicate my time to being a father, husband, pole vaulting coach, and sharing your passion for the sport with young athletes. Being a man of faith, I am an active member of Eastwood Baptist Church in Midwest City, where I find purpose and community. My life is a blend of service, family, and faith, driven by a deep commitment to guiding others and living with integrity.

Why I started Golden G.O.A.Ts of Christ. Being a disabled vet myself, I found myself being depressed. Sitting alone at home not being able to work or feel apart of something. Then I got a chance to coach pole vaulting at my wife's school she teaches at. After a couple years of coaching these great kids, my psychologist, of 14yrs, for the first time had seen an improvement in me. After that, I said, if this can help me, it could help other Veterans find purpose.
